Pawsitively Clean Service Agreement

Thank you for choosing Pawsitively Clean for your pet waste removal needs. We are dedicated to maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for you and your pets. Before beginning service, please read and agree to our terms of service:

Service Areas & Scheduling Pawsitively Clean provides pet waste removal services based on scheduled appointments. Clients may choose from one-time, weekly, and up to five times per week service plans. If access to your yard is restricted or obstructed at the time of service, we will attempt to contact you. If access is not granted within a reasonable timeframe, the visit will be considered completed, and charges may still apply. Service times may vary based on routing, but we will do our best to maintain a consistent day and time for your scheduled service.

Pet Safety & Yard Access To ensure the safety of your pets and our technicians, we ask that all pets be secured indoors or in a separate area during service. We will not be held responsible for pets that escape due to unsecured gates, broken fencing, or other access points beyond our control. Please ensure all gates and access points are functional and properly closed before and after our visit.

Weather & Hazardous Conditions We operate in most weather conditions; however, extreme weather, hazardous conditions, or unsafe environments (such as severe storms, flooding, excessive rainfall, or extreme heat/cold) may result in rescheduling. If service is canceled due to weather or unforeseen hazards, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule accordingly.

Waste Removal & Lawn Condition While we strive for thorough waste removal, factors such as excessive leaves, tall grass, mud, snow, or overgrown weeds may prevent complete cleanup. We recommend maintaining a reasonably trimmed yard for optimal service results.

Health & Sanitation If your pet is experiencing diarrhea, excessive waste buildup, or other health-related issues that create unsanitary conditions, additional charges may apply for extra time and cleanup materials. We do not remove hazardous waste (such as chemicals, glass, or non-pet waste) and reserve the right to refuse service if the yard poses a health risk.

Additional Charges Based on Yard Conditions Additional charges may apply based on factors such as yard size, terrain difficulty, excessive waste buildup, or long periods between cleanups. Our standard pricing is based on an average sized yard with minimal obstacles. If a yard has not been cleaned in an extended period, an initial deep cleaning fee may be required. Difficult terrain, including steep inclines, dense landscaping, or large debris, may also result in additional fees due to the extra time and effort needed for service. Clients will be informed of any applicable charges before work begins.

Payment Policies Payment for one-time service is due upon completion of the visit. Payment for scheduled recurring service is charged upfront. Payments for recurring service can be made weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Service discounts are available for monthly and quarterly billing. If a payment is overdue, service may be paused until the balance is settled. Any returned checks or failed payments may result in additional fees.

No-Show, Cancellation & Service Changes Policy Clients must notify us in writing via email at least seven days prior to changing or canceling an appointment, or the full-service fee may still apply. To cancel or suspend recurring service, clients must notify us in writing via email at least two weeks prior to the last scheduled visit. Refunds are not offered for termination of service in the inside of a service period.

Liability & Property Considerations While we take every precaution to avoid damage, Pawsitively Clean is not responsible for damage to grass, landscaping, patios, or any other areas due to normal service operations. Additionally, we are not liable for injuries to people or pets caused by exposure to pet waste left in the yard between services.

Media Release Photos or videos taken during service may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and marketing materials. No identifying information about you or your property will be disclosed.

Client Communication We may send SMS text messages or emails regarding service reminders, schedule updates, and promotions. You may opt out of marketing messages, but essential service notifications will still be sent.

Agreement & Acknowledgment By utilizing our service, you acknowledge and agree to our terms of service. You understand and agree to release and hold harmless Pawsitively Clean, its employees, and affiliates from any liabilities, damages, or costs arising from services provided.
